Maintenance Manual/ IPC

Does anyone know if the general public can buy maintenance manuals and parts manuals for the skys. i am a corporate pilot and own a set of maintenance manuals and ipcs (illustrated parts catalog) for almost every plane i fly. would like to continue that for the car.
