Body and Wind Noises

Hey folks, just ran across an '07 Redline w/ 9800 miles on it, too good of a price to pass up. Thoroughly pleased with the car but have a couple questions. First, there is a noise whenever there is body twist or i have a sharp suspension travel. the noise sounds like it is just behind the drivers left shoulder/ear area and it's just kind of a metallic pop. also, there seems to be some wind noise from the same location. sounds like the window is down about a quarter inch. wondering if anyone else has had this and maybe if the two sounds are related. any help will be greatly appreciated.
