My recommendation to any of your readers that wish to deal with Roseville Saturn in Sacramento is they don't. Due to the fact that the Sky was a new model and limited selection, we discovered our window sticker hidden under layers of paperwork in the glove compartment and found hidden costs after the initial sale of our 2007 Sky.
The car is wonderful, the service department has been great, but the sale portion of the organization is really into price gouging. As I have mentioned in as many sites as I can, over 10,000 dollars of extra charges surfaced beyond what was supposed to be listed in our original order.
Keep in mind we ordered this car with the understanding of specific charges. The quotes were based on listed items we discussed before hand. After acquiring the car we discovered charges for the same thing twice, charges associated with items we did not receive, and charges beyond the market price more than 500%.
In short, we're extremely dissatisfied with the dealership and recommend no one shop for a new car at Roseville Saturn.
